2. Description of Service
Bots & Brands provides AI brand monitoring services that analyze how large language models (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) perceive and discuss your brand. Our service includes brand analysis, competitor tracking, and AI perception reports.
3. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute our services
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer our systems
- Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep our services available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service relies on third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and we are not responsible for their downtime, API changes, or service modifications.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bots & Brands be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer
Our service provides insights based on AI responses at a point in time. AI model responses may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content analyzed by our service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
